Mustard-Lime Chicken

Ingredients

    1/2 cup lime juice
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    1/4 cup dijon mustard
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Directions

Combine lime juice, cilantro, mustard, olive oil, chili powder, salt and pepper in a food processor. Pulse until well mixed. Place chicken in a 7 x 11 pyrex dish. pour marinade over chicken, cover with foil and refrigerate at least 15 minutes and up to 6 hours. Heat grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked in center.
