Vegetable soup

Introduction

makes about 10 1 cup servings. I usually have about 2 or three cups :) makes about 10 1 cup servings. I usually have about 2 or three cups :)
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    10 cups of water
    1 pack of frozen mixed vegetables
    1 small potato, diced in small pieces
    1 egg
    1 cup of milk
    2 oz of queso fresco
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Bring water to boil
Add potato and salt until cooked
Add vegetables, cook for about 10 minutes
Beat egg and add to soup
Add the cheese
Turn the stove off but leave the pot on it
In a separate bowl, mix about a half cup of the soup with the milk and slowly add to the soup
Mix, taste, and adjust salt and pepper to taste

Serving Size: makes 10 1 cup servings
