Sandy's Chicken Casserole

Introduction

This recipe is from my friend, Sandy. We put together a cookbook at work one year and I am finally trying some of the recipes This recipe is from my friend, Sandy. We put together a cookbook at work one year and I am finally trying some of the recipes
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    8 oz package Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing (not cubed)
    1 C melted butter or margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 C milk
    3 C diced, cooked chicken (or turkey)
    1 1/2 C peas
    1/2 C celery
    2 T onions (minced)

Directions

Mix the herb stuffing and margarine. Place half of mixture in 9x13 baking dish.

Mix both soups and the milk. Then add the chicken. Fold in peas, celery and onion. Pour over stuffing and top with the remaining stuffing.

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 12 servings
