1 box sugar free raspberry jello 2 cups West Soy Organic Unsweetened plain soy milk (1g net carb per serving)
Microwave 1 cup soy milk for 30-45 seconds. Slowly mix in package of jello with electric mixer until dissolved. Add reaming soy milk and continue to beat on high until frothy (1-2 minutes). Let mixture slightly set (soft set) in refrigerator. When soft set beat again on high until frothy and thick in appearance (will look like whip cream). Refrigerate until fully set.
