nonstick cooking spray
2 tbsp nonfat milk
1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
salt and pepper
cantaloupe (1/8 of melon)
whole-grain toast (1 slice)
1 tsp butter
Coat a 6-oz ramekin with nonstick cooking spray. Crack eggs into prepared ramekin and top with milk, chives, basil and salt and pepper. Bake about 15 minutes, until eggs are set.
Serve with melon wedge and toast topped with butter.
