    # *Green and Yellow Wax Beans, frozen, 2 cup (remove)
    # Peas, frozen, 2 cup (remove)
    # Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    # Garlic, 6 tsp
    # Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, 2 Tbspn
    # Carrots, raw, 2 cup, grated
    # *Potato, SWEET, 1cup, 1 serving
    # *Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans) Mature Seeds - Cooked without salt, 2 cup
    # *Tomatoes, Stewed, Safeway No Salt,14.5 oz can, 1 serving
    # *Italian seasoning, 3 tsp
    # *Spike Salt Fee All Natural Seasoning, 1 tsp

Directions

saute chopped onions and garlic in olive oil
add other veggies
add water to slightly above veggies
add precooked beans
add pepper and Ve-git and Italian seasonings
bring to a boil then simmer for 1 hour.
