2 oz roasted turkey (I like Oscar Meyer Deli-Fresh Mesquite)
1/2 oz brie or Camembert
1 apple, half sliced thinly, other half in wedges
1/2 cup arugula
1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 8-inch whole-wheat tortilla
1 tsp peanut butter
Serve with the other half of the apple, cut into wedges and topped with peanut butter.
