    2 oz shrimp, cooked, peeled, tails removed, cut sliced lengthwise
    2 tsp prepared Thai chili-garlic sauce
    1 whole-grain hero roll
    3 tbsp avocado, chopped
    1/4 cup carrots, shredded
    2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
    1 tbsp fresh lime juice
