I found this on the back of the container for my mustard, and use a Protein Ranch recipe that I make at home (1 Cup Cottage Cheese, 1 packet Buttermilk Ranch mix, and 1/4 cup water thrown into a blender :) ). This is really good! It's high in sodium for those who need to watch that, just as a warning. The prep time includes the mixing and marinate time. 16 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
2/3 C Ranch dressing
1/3 C Yellow mustard
1/4 C Brown sugar

Directions
Mix together ranch, mustard, and brown sugar. Pour 2/3 C of the mixture over the chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Grill or broil chicken for 10-15 minutes or until done. You can also bake the chicken at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Use the remainder of the sauce mixture for your chicken. Enjoy!
