Very Basic Potato Soup

Introduction

A very simple basic potato soup. If you can make mashed potatoes you can make this, just don't drain the water off. A very simple basic potato soup. If you can make mashed potatoes you can make this, just don't drain the water off.

Ingredients

    6 Cups potatoes, peeled and diced
    3 Tbs Black Pepper
    1 Tbs salt
    8 Cups Water

Directions

Peel and dice potatoes, place in pan with all other ingerdients. Bring to boil. Simmer until potatoes are done, then using potato masher or imersible blender, mash until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes Approximately 10 1-Cup servings.
