Ingredients

2 slices Ryvita fruit crunch or which ever you prefer just adjust the calculations
5/6 black olives,
5 Grapes - seedless preferably
4 Cherry toms halved
2x 20g slices Goats cheese - sliced thin and coated in pepper or herbs
1/2 Oriental pear sliced thinly, or any pear to hand but chilled so they are crunchy
Directions
Just slice, chop, and arrange on a side plate so it looks full, then add a cup/glass iced tea/water/fruit juice to compliment. One thing left to say "BON APPETITE"
