Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 oz non-fat Cream Cheese
    2 TBL Splenda Sugar-Blend
    1/2 TBL Corn Starch
    1 Large Egg
    3 TBL Heavy Cream


Directions

Soften cream cheese
blend sugar and corn starch together and add to the cream cheese
separate creme from cookies and add to mix
mix only at first speed, and scrape the mixture from the sides
add the fresh egg and mix, then scrape again
add the heavy cream and scrape again

put liners into 4 cupcake tins
put 1/2 cookie into each liner
pour the mixture into the cupcake liners
place the unbaked cheese pan on a sheet and
place in a pre-heated 425 F oven.
bake for 15 min. or until it is golden brown
let rest for 4 hours, ENJOY !!!!
