Ingredients

    1.5 lbs cream cheese
    3 TBL cornstarch
    1/2 Cup Splenda (Altern)
    1-1/2 TBL Splenda Sugar-Blend
    1/2 TBL Vanilla Extract (double if imitation)
    1 Large Egg (1.5 ounces)
    1/2 Cup plus 1 TBL Heavy Whipping Cream (9 TBL))

Directions

Soften cream cheese
blend sugar and corn starch together and add to the cream cheese
mix only at first speed, and scrape the mixture from the sides
add the fresh egg and mix, then scrape again
add the heavy cream and scrape again
add the vanilla and scrape again
use 12 cupcake liners in a cupcake pan
you can put any cookies or cake crumbs on the bottom of the cupcake liner
pour the mixture into the cupcake liners
place the unbaked cheese pan on a sheet and
place in a pre-heated 425 F oven.
bake for 15 min.
let rest for 4 hours, ENJOY !!!!
