Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 ripe bananas
    1 cup low fat mayonaise or miracle whip dressing
    3/4 cup white sugar
    2 cups flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    In a medium/large bowl beat bananas then add sugar and dressing. Stir in flour, soda & salt just until moistened. Fill lined muffin tins and bake

Directions

Once bananas, sugar and dressing have been mixed then add your flour, soda & salt. Fill muffin tins and you are ready to bake

Serving Size: makes one dozen muffins
