Basil Chicken

Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 teas. dried basil
    1/2 teas. salt
    1/2 teas. chili powder
    2 tbls. canola oil (divided)
    5 chicken thighs

Directions

1. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, basil, salt, and chili powder. Gradually stir in 1 tablespoon oil until crumbly. Rub over both sides of chicken.

2. In large skillet, cook chicken in remaining oil over medium heat for 7-8 mins on each side or until juices run clear.

Serving Size: 5 servings - 1 thigh each
