Apples, fresh, 3 cup, quartered or chopped
Raisins, 1/4 cup (not packed)
Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 4 tsp
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
Rice flour, white, 1/2 cup
Oats, 1/2 cup
Margarine, soft, dairy free, 1/8 cup
Place the apples in an oven proof dish, cover and cook on high in the microwave for 5 mins until just beginning to soften. Add 2 tsp splenda, the raisins, the cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well.
In a separate bowl mix together the flour, oats and remaining splenda. Add the margarine and rub together until well distributed. Pour on top of the apple mixture then bake for about 30 minutes until golden. Serve with your choice of topping.
