Cranberry-orange Muffins

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cups yellow cornmeal
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1 cup applesauce
    3/4 cup sucanant
    2 eggs whites
    2 tsp finely chopped orange zest
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup dried cranberries

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and fill 12 muffin tins. Bake 30 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
