Introduction

tangy using dill relish and mustard tangy using dill relish and mustard
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    8 med potatoes, peeled
    4 boiled eggs
    5 T dill relish
    5 T mayonnaise
    1 T mustard
    salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

1. cut raw potatoes into 1" cubes and boil app 35 minutes until tender
2. using potato masher, mash all potatoes
3. slice eggs thin and add to mashed potatoes
4. add relish, mayo, mustard, and salt/pepper to mixture
5. mix well, adding additional mayo and mustard for smooth creamy texture
6. may serve warm, or chill in refrigerator
7. better if chilled overnight
