My Favourite Chili

Introduction

My own recipe. It's a family favourite. My own recipe. It's a family favourite.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Green Pepper, Diced
    3 Stalks Celery, Diced
    2 Large Onions, Diced
    3 Cans Tomatoes 796 ml
    2 Cans Kidney Beans 540 ml
    1 pound Lean Ground Beef


Directions

Heat oil in large saucepan. Add diced vegetables. Cook for 5-10 minutes until tender. Add beef and continue cooking until no longer pink. Add all cans. Add spice. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on desired consistency.

Makes 18 1 cup servings.
