Munching Mix to Nix the Munchies

Introduction

This is some mighty snack mix -- almonds, soynuts, three types of dried fruit, and (of course) a little chocolate to give you long-lasting energy and keep you full! It's the perfect snack for a mid-afternoon slump. Take it with you for a hike, a long bike ride, or a marathon-length work day! Just stick to the 1/2 serving (or go with 1/3 cup for a 200 calorie snack), because it's nutrition- and calorie-dense stuff.     7 oz. raw whole almonds
