  • Loved this! We made it with Boca meat, rather than ground beef. It tasted like a mushroom risotto. My 15 month old ate it like there was no tomorrow. My family didn't like the pumpkin....they thought it was sweeter than the spaghetti squash we normally eat, but loved the inside. - 10/20/08
