Introduction

I make this for my mom and I. We have to be careful with what we eat so I like to use fresh ingredients. I make this for my mom and I. We have to be careful with what we eat so I like to use fresh ingredients.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    I chicken Breast
    2 Large yellow onions sliced
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/2 cup diced carrots
    3 garlic cloves
    3 TBSP Olive Oil
    Salt to taste

Directions

Cut raw chicken in small slices and set aside. In a large skillet add olive oil to skillet and heat. Once heated add chicken and cook chicken. Once cooked add onions, garlic, carrots, mushrooms and salt (opt). Mix all together. Cover and simmer the mix, stirring occasionally until onions are transparent.

Serve over rice.

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 1 cup servings
