3/4 cup chopped red, green and yellow bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped red cabbage
2 Tbsp diced green onion
1/8 tsp crushed basil
1/8 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp Olive oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Chill for 1-3 hours.
