Made this for Thanksgiving this year, using frozen cubed sweet potatoes. It was delicious!!! Smelled (and tasted) like apple pie filling. This one is a keeper! - 12/7/09

This was really good! I made it a little bit lighter by using Promise Activ Light Margarine instead of butter. I also used Splenda Brown Sugar Blend instead of regular brown sugar. It was great! - 2/19/08

Didn't have cranberries so I used dried cherries and cut them up a bit. I did it in the oven at 350F for an hour in a casserole dish with lid. - 6/8/10
