1 lb Ground beef
4 servings Tater Tots
1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup -- 98% fat free
1 Tbsp Ketchup
3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 c Onions
1c Cheese (optional)
Stir in soup, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce
Top with tater tots in a 9x12 pan
Bake at 425 for 25 min.
If using cheese top the casserole with cheese appx 5-10 min before finishing bake.
*The comment from my boyfriend was that the recipe could use double the Worcestershire, but we both agreed it was fantastic as-is too.
