Introduction

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed
    Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole wheat spaghetti style pasta (dry), 8 oz
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
    Cornstarch, 37 grams
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup
    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 12 fl oz
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    *Lawry's Season Salt, .5 tsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
    Paprika, .25 tsp

Directions

1. Cook the chicken thoroughly and cube it.
2. Cook spaghetti according to package and drain.
3. Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms in butter until tender.
4. Combine cornstarch and broth until smooth. Stir into the vegetable mixture.
5. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
6. Reduce heat to low. Add milk and cook and stir for 2-3 minutes.
7. Stir in spaghetti, chicken, and seasoned salt.
8. Transfer into an 8 inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
9. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
10. Uncover , sprinkle with parmesan and paprika.
11. Back 5-10 minutes longer until heated through.
