Body Back Turkey Chili

    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 lb. lean ground turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large red pepper, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
    1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 cup water
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp od cumin, oregano, coriander and red pepper flakes


Heat oil in large pot. Brown turkey meat. Add onion, pepper and garlic and saute until soft. Add the rest of ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer for 1 hr.

Serving Size: Makes 5 1 cup servings
