Egg Drop Soup

Introduction

Super cheap soup, delicious and low in calories :) Super cheap soup, delicious and low in calories :)
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 egg
    4 cups water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 tbsp corn starch
    2 tbsp chopped scallions

Directions

Boil 3.5 cups water. Add bouillon. In a small dish dissolve corn starch in the rest of the water, add to boiling pot. Very slowly add the egg to the boiling water and stir. Turn heat off and add scallions. Serve.
