Rainbow Trout (fish), 8 oz
Parmesan Cheese, hard, 0.5 oz
Lemon Juice, 0.5 mL
Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
Yoplait Greek 2x protein Plain Yogurt (0% fat), 3 oz
Chef Paul Prudhomme's Seafood Magic Seasoning, 0.5 tsp
Sprinkle trout with Seafood seasoning then, mix all the other ingrdients and brush trout evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
