* Hamburger Helper Cheesy Hashbrowns (dry mix), 5 serving / 1 box
* *Milk, 2%, 2/3 cup
* *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
* Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.5 cup
* Onions, raw, 1 medium, chopped
* Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 0.5 cup, diced
* Hot Water, tap, 1 2/3 cup
Add the hot water and the potatoes from the Hamburger helper and bring it to a boil.
Turn down the heat and pat down the potatoes.
Mix milk, topping mix and egg beaters.
If the potatoes aren't soft yet, add a little more water before adding the cheese/egg mix.
Pour over the potato mix once all the liquid has dissolved.
Mix up and keep on medium heat until the egg in the mixture is done.
It won't be stiff, but rather creamy.
Makes 4 servings.
