Vicky's vegatarian chili

Ingredients

    1 16oz can of black beans
    1 16oz can of diced tomatoes
    1 cup of tomato sauce
    1 cup chopped onions
    t tbls of chopped fresh cilantro
    1 clove of garlic chopped
    1 tbls chili powder
    1 tsp cummin ground
    dash of salt (to taste)

Directions

in a 2 quart sauce pan add drained beans, and he remaining ingredients. simmer untill the tvp has rehydrated the chili is heated through. approx 15min.

makes 3 1cup servings
