Ingredients

    These are so filling for breakfast i eat 3. for Snacks with tea 1-2 small ones.

Directions

Mix all ingredient together you can change the fruit to any you want raspberries apples or a mix. Place on cookies sheet some times i make 4 big ones or a bunch of small ones for a snack and the big ones for breakfast.You can also add a tablespoon of protien powder. when mixed they are quite wet don't worry they dry up when baked. 375 for about 20-25 Mins untill tops are golden brown let cool at least 30Mins. Yummy
