Introduction

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 stick unsalted butter
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. Vanilla extract
    1 tsp. Baking soda
    1 tsp. Baking powder
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 cup oat flour
    2 tbsp. Wheat germ
    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.
Melt butter in microwave and let cool.
Mix together the sugars and cooled butter until well blended. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture.
Sift in baking soda, baking powder, flours and wheat germ until dough forms.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spread cookie dough on a 15x8x2 sheet pan and bake for 15- 20min.
Let the cookies cool and cut them into 20 servings.
