Kraft Parmesan Tots

Introduction

tator totsss! made with parmesan, but tastes like a cheese fry, mmm. tator totsss! made with parmesan, but tastes like a cheese fry, mmm.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 medium raw potato
    1 egg white
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/4 to 1/2 each red pepper flakes, cilantro, basil
    2 tsp Kraft Parmesan cheese
    2 T fat free sour cream

Directions

Cut potato in half and bake in microwave, covered, for 5 minutes. Remove skin and mash in bowl with sour cream, red pepper, cliantro, basil, and cheese. You may need to add a splash of milk. Salt and pepper to taste.

Form potato into 1 inch tot sized bites then flatten them. Dip into stirred egg white and garlice salt and place on greased baking sheet. Bake in oven at 425 for 20 minutes or until crispy. Serves 2.
