Ingredients

Morning Star Farms Recipe Crumbles (12oz)
Publix pre-chopped onions, tomatoes, green peppers
    OR
.5 cup each of chopped peppers, tomatoes, onion
    Worcestershire Sauce to taste
    Salad/Lettuce (*optional)

Directions

Place veggies in 12" nonstick pan. Add a couple splashes of worcestershire sauce (this avoids the need for any oils) Continue to stir until they are soft. I put my burner on high and lowered it to about 3/4 once they started cooking.

Once the veggies are soft, lower the burner to med.
Add in veggie crumbles and stir. I also added a couple of splashes of sauce here.

Cover the mixture for about 5 minutes and let the crumbles melt (these should have been frozen prior to adding). Uncover & Stir, then recover and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or until the right temperature is reached (morningstar farms says should be at 160F).

Once finished top away! I put my crumbles on a bowl of chopped lettuce.

All in all this takes about 10-15 minutes to prepare and is delicious, healthy and full of flavor! The sodium is a little high but that will depend on how much worcestershire sauce you use. I hope you enjoy!
