Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 can fat free evaporated milk (12 oz)
    1.5 cups fat free milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)
    1 can cheddar cheese soup
    1.5 oz butter
    2.5 oz corn flakes (about 2.75 cups)
    4 lbs frozen cubed hash browns (thawed)

Directions

mix all ingredients together, pour into 2 greased 9x13 pans, bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender
