Sweet Breakfast Crepe

Ingredients

    1 fresh large egg
    1 oz fat free cream cheese
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 packages Splenda

Directions

Coat skillet with nonstick cooking spray and turn on medium high heat. Beat egg and 1 packet of Splenda in a bowl together. Pour into skillet and let cook -do not stir. Meanwhile, stire cream cheese, vanilla, and remaining packet of Splenda together. When egg looks done, spread chees mixture over it. allowing it to melt a bit. Starting on one side, roll up egg, crepe=style and remove from pan. Makes 1 serving.
