I don't use cups here in the UK, so weighed everything. I also used Spring Onions (Syboes) instead of white or red onion, but you can use what you like! I also cut my egg into 6 pieces to make it appear like more, and did the same with the tomato and potato (which I also steamed, and left the skin on for fibre). The lettuce - shredding this to "bulk it up". You don't need to add cheese, I just did because I love cheese!
