No Bake Cookies

Introduction

The quickest cookie to make -- delicious, but very addictive. The quickest cookie to make -- delicious, but very addictive.
Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa powder (unsweetened)
    1/2 t salt
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c peanut butter
    2 1/2 c oats (regular)
    1 t vanilla

Directions

1. Melt margarine in large pot. Add sugar, cocoa, salt, and milk. Bring to boil and boil 1 1/2 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, vanilla, and rolled oats.
3. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill.

Makes 25.
