Rumbamel's Easy Creamy Mushroom Crockpot Chicken

Introduction

I got this one from a friend when we passed meals around in our Mommy's group. It's a very easy put together crock meal because you use frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts, canned mushroom soup, and bacon bits instead of bacon. Oh and yummy sour cream! Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    -2 cans, 10 oz each, Aldi's Chef's Cupboard, Cream of Mushroom Soup, condensed (says it is 2.5 C)
    -3/4 C Daisy Lite sour cream
    -4 T Hormel's 50% less fat bacon bits

    -2 lbs or about 32 oz of frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts (do not thaw)

Directions

--Mix the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and bacon bits in the bottom of a wide crock pot. Scrape the sides down so the sauce won't burn. Top with your chicken. Cover and cook on high for about 3 1/2 hours.

--Shred the chicken if desired or dice it. I have served it with Grands Layers Jr. biscuits, brown rice or whole wheat noodles and a veggie (NONE ARE IN THE NUTRITION).

--Makes 6 servings of 1 C each.
