GRATE PEPPERS AND ONIONS AND MIX WITH EGGS AND BREAD CRUMBS. MIX BEEF WITH EGGS AND BREAD CRUMBS UNTIL EVENLY MIXED. MEASURE OUT 4 OZ OF MIX AND FORM INTO OBLONG PATTIES. COOK PATTIES ON GRIDLE OR BAKE IN OVEN UNTIL DONE.
