Ingredients

    Ground Beef 93% Lean, 36 oz
    Bread crumbs, seasoned, 1 cup
    BELL peppers, 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Egg Ex Large 1 serving
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 3 cans
    Beef Gravy, 1 can
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup

Directions

MIX IN A CROCK POT MUSHROOMS, MUSHROOM SOUP AND GRAVY TO WARM.
MIX GROUND BEEF, BREAD CRUMBS, EGG, DICED ONIONS, AND DICED PEPPER. DIVIDE INTO 9 PATTIES. BROWN PATTIES SO THEY DONT FALL APART. (MOSTLY COOKED) THEN ADD PATTIES TO CROCK POT AND LET COOK FOR A COUPLE HOURS.
