Pasta Salad

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb box whole grain pasta
    1 8oz bag of sugar snap peas (optional)
    1/2 large green bell pepper
    1 small white onion
    1/4 cup of mexican style cheese blend (not seasoned)
    1.5 cup italian dressing

Directions

Cook pasta as directed on box, preferably a little al dente.
Boil sugar snap peas for 5 minutes, then shock in ice water to stop cooking process.
As pasta cooks chop green bell pepper and onion.
Then toss all ingredients together.
Refrigerate covered for 2 hours.
Best served cold.

Serving Size: Makes 12 large slotted spoonful servings
