3 sliced fresh mushrooms
1 spear fresh broccolli, diced
1 large onion coarsly chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, coarsly chopped
1 medium red bell pepper, coarsly chopped
1 c frozen corn kernels
4 c diced tomatoes in tomato juice (or more as desired)
1 c green beans
1 medium head of fresh green cabbage
add water to taste
best way is to use slow cooker on LOW till firm.
Serving Size: makes 8 1-cup servings
