Avocado Salad Dressing/Dip

Ingredients

    * Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds
    * Lemon juice, 4 tbsp
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    **Chobani (Non-Fat Greek Yogurt - Plain), 1 serving
    * Parsley, 1 tbsp
    * Garlic, 1 clove
    * Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped

Directions

Blend everything in the food processor and pour over salad or use as a dip.

Serving Size: Makes 4 really big servings
