Protein Banana Walnut Bars

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Vanilla Protein Powder 6 scoops
    Regular Oats 1/2 cup
    Pinch of salt
    Baking Powder, 1/4 tsp
    2 cups of walnut meal (just blend or food process the walnuts)
    2 ripe bananas mashed
    Butter melted 2 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large

Directions

Mix Dry ingredients together in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another. Then mix two bowls together. If needed add a tbsp or two of water to mix well. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place ingredients in an 8x8 pan coated with non stick cooking spray and bake at 350 for 15 min or until a knife comes out clean from the SIDES of the pan not the middle or it will be over cooked!
