Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup: Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
    1 tsp: Lemon Juice
    1/4 tsp: Salt
    1/4 tsp: Black Pepper
    6 1/2oz. can: Tuna, water-packed albacore, drained
    1 stalk: Celery, finely chopped (6 - 7 inches)
    1 small: Onion
    2 Tbls: Relish or finely chopped pickled vegetable of your choice.

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Add the tuna, celery, and onion. Mix well.

Add the relish/pickled vegetable and fold gently into the tuna mixture.

Spread on bread. Enjoy.
