Black Bean, Corn and Chicken Quesadilla

Ingredients

1 Silva's 8" flour tortilla (it's about 100 cals)
1/8 cup black beans
1/8 cup corn
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 2%
1/3 cup chopped/shredded chicken
Spray canola oil (or whatever you have handy)
Optional (not included):
light/fat free sour cream
salsa
Directions
Spray (preferably) non-stick pan with canola oil while it warms up.
Place tortilla in the pan, layer in half the cheese, beans, corn, chicken and top off with remaining cheese.
Once cheese starts to melt, fold in half, make sure each side is lightly browned.
Serve with sour cream and salsa if desired!
Serving Size: Makes 1 quesadilla
