Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cabbage thinly sliced
    1 carrot grated
    2 TBS fresh chives or green onions chopped finely

    Dressing:
    1/3 cup light mayo or miracle whip
    1/3 cup light sour cream
    1 tsp celery seed
    4 TBS lemon juice
    2 TBS sugar

Directions

Grate carrots and finely slice the cabbage on a mandolin if possible. Mince chives or green onions. Mix together.
Mix dressing ingredients and toss with cabbage mix.
