1 cup skim milk
1 scoop SlimFast Optima Milk Shake powder mix
1 med to lg banana
1 container Yoplait Light Fat Free Strawberry yogurt
a handful of frozen (or fresh) unsweetened strawberries
Blend on high until well mixed.
Makes 1 very large sinful tasting shake.
Mix and match with your favorite fruits and/or yogurts. (Blueberries are a nice addition)
